Stephen F. Botsford
Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Botsford is the Managing Partner of Laurel Canyon Holdings and has served in various positions at Corporate Funding, Inc. and Arthur Anderson.
Mr. Botsford is the holder of the patent portfolio encompassing the Resonance Generating Fields technology. He is a retired CPA and former member of the Illinois Bar Association.
He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Business Management and matriculated from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
Joseph (Jodi) Startari
President, Board of Directors, Founder
As President of Anapole Technologies, Jodi Startari is responsible for global executive functions and operational and developmental activities required to drive sustainable commercial innovation in the medical device industry.
Startari has more than 30 years of executive business leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the medical/biotech sector, and instills a passion for building successful relationships within the industry.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Physics, Startari served as a captain in the United States Marine Corps as a radar intercept officer, graduated from the TOPGUN program, and was a certified Air Combat Tactics Instructor.
Startari earned an MBA from Florida State University and is a holder of multiple patents.
Dr. Fausel has received many awards for his work in academia and nature conservation, including the USDA Forest Service Lifetime Achievement Award, the National Resources Council of America Public Service Award, an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities from the American University of Rome, and a Doctorate of Laws Honoris Causa from The Institute of World Politics.
Dr. Stephen Fausel
Founder
Dr. Fausel is a businessman, philanthropist, and conservationist.
Dr. Fausel is the Director of the Fausel Foundation and CEO of Fausel Companies. Dr. Fausel founded and served as President of S.A.A.S. (Sino American Aviation Company), was an adjunct professor at West Virginia University, and served in the military.
Prior to working with Anapole, Dr. Fausel served as Vice Chairman of the National Forest Foundation, and was a member of the advisory board of the American Foreign Policy Council.
He currently serves as a Trustee of the Institute of World Politics, a graduate school specializing in statecraft, in Washington D.C. He attended Truman University and Missouri Military Academy.
Stephen F. Botsford, Jr.
Board of Directors, Treasurer/Secretary
Mr. Botsford is a Partner at Laurel Canyon Holdings, and has served in various positions at First Trust and Angeles Investors.
He earned an economics degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters in Applied Economics from Georgetown University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University, the latter of which he earned while maintaining full-time employment in the finance industry.
While at the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Botsford achieved his dream of playing football for the Fighting Irish, and spent two seasons as a successful walk-on.
Mr. Botsford served as a legislative assistant for U.S. Congressman Tony Cardenas, where he founded a bipartisan caucus, created an internship program, and authored four legislative bills on topics ranging from increasing American worker mobility to protecting collegiate athletes. He also directed field operations for the election campaign of Erika Harris for the Illinois State Attorney General’s Office.
As Partner at Laurel Canyon Holdings, Mr. Botsford negotiates and manages various commercial holdings and works closely with investor stakeholders.
Lieutenant Antonescu is a member of The Most Venerable Order of St. John, holding the rank of Officer-Knight as awarded by HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
Damian Antonescu
Manager, Investor Relations
Damian Antonescu is an expert in data transformation and psycholinguistics, with multiple patents pending. He works with a number of early-stage companies in those areas, and has served as an advisor to three U.S. Congressional Representatives.
Lieutenant Antonescu’s career with the Defense Intelligence Agency began in 2005 working for the Directorate of Operations, Eastern Europe. He conducted multiple deployments to Iraq, Central Asia, and Afghanistan, and was the first civilian attache instructor on full-time staff at the Joint Military Attache School. As an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserves, he was assigned to Seal Team 18.
He earned BA CSUB and an MA from the Institute of World Politics and is a master’s candidate at the Naval War College.
Lieutenant Antonescu’s awards and decorations include the National Intelligence Exceptional Achievement Medal, the DIA Civilian Combat Support Medal, and NATO Civilian Expeditionary Medal.
Vitaly Seltzer
Director, Configuration and Software Development
Mr. Seltzer leads and oversees equipment configuration, frequency mapping, and database development.
With more than 25 years of experience developing electromagnetic field systems and software, he is an expert in waveform optimization and a patent holder in the field. His specialties include the design and manufacture of radio equipment and related instruments.
Before joining Anapole, Mr. Seltzer was a director at EMF Technology Corporation and directed technical efforts at MedTech Corp. and Hivex, Ltd. He earned the contemporary equivalent of a Master of Science degree in RF Equipment Design and Configuration from the Vsesouzny Zaochny Machinostroitelny Institute.
Thomas (Tim) Brennan
Equipment Performance and Configuration
Mr. Brennan oversees hardware optimization, equipment performance, and configuration for Anapole. Prior to Anapole, he worked in marketing and business development for Agilent Technologies and The Hewlett Packard Company, where he specialized in various hardware for testing and measurement.
Mr. Brennan has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Dr. Yuri Svirko
Senior Technical Advisor
Dr. Svirko developed the comprehensive description of the RGFIELDS’ mechanism of action and EMFS device’s non-conventional electromagnetic fields interaction with targeted substance.
While at the Japan Science and Technology Corporation, he performed research projects for the Excitation Project of the Exploratory Research Advanced Technology (ERATO) Program, and also served as a senior research fellow at the General Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Science in Moscow.
Dr. Svirko earned a Doctor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the Russian Academy of Science after receiving his PhD in Physics and Mathematics from Moscow State University.
Dr. Svirko was honored with an appointment as a Royal Society Visiting Research Fellow at University of Southampton in the United Kingdom, and has educated brilliant minds at the University of Eastern Finland for more than 20 years.
